Your Coach

Jorg Stegemann is a certified coach (ICF/ACC, 2013), Managing Partner at Apollo in Paris and founder of Kennedy. After a 10-year career in the international hospitality industry, working within top-tier, high-end environments across Austria, Germany and Italy, he joined the recruitment and HR consulting industry in 2001 and went on to hold senior positions with two leading global firms before building his own businesses.

As a manager and entrepreneur, he has operated globally across the full business lifecycle — from building and scaling a business, growing a team from 1 to 15 employees and revenue from €50k to €3.7m within three years, to realignment, turnaround, downsizing and shutdown — building international teams, running operations and developing a global executive search and leadership consulting network.

Jorg has held corporate leadership roles and faced the same situations his clients are facing — making decisions, managing performance and dealing with the consequences. As a headhunter, he works daily with decision makers who hire and executives who transition. As a certified coach, he brings an additional layer to this work. These three angles come together in his work, grounded in real operating experience and a precise understanding of how the market evaluates leadership talent and how careers evolve.

He has completed more than 500 recruitment assignments, interviewed and advised over 2,500 individuals and (not) read 50,000 CVs. This experience shapes his direct, market-driven and results-focused approach, grounded in corporate judgment and a clear understanding of how leadership careers move and are repositioned.
